We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, zoom or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We build this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and test it with automated tools and by hand.
What we’ve done
- Clear headings and page structure, plus a “skip to content” link
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
- Colour contrast that meets WCAG AA in light and dark mode
- Text that can be zoomed to 200% without breaking the layout
- Animations are switched off if your device is set to reduce motion
- Form fields with labels and clear messages
Known limitations
- Ivy, our AI receptionist, runs in a widget from ElevenLabs that we don’t fully control. If it doesn’t work for you, you can reach us by email, WhatsApp or the audit form instead.
- The animated II System diagram is decorative. The same information is on the page as text.
